Bedtime.live is an AI-powered bedtime story generator designed for parents to create personalized stories for children. The Service includes story generation, text-to-speech narration, AI illustrations, bedtime routines, and related features.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under it. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, generate content that is harmful or inappropriate for children, attempt to bypass content safety measures, interfere with the Service, share your account credentials, or scrape or redistribute Service content without permission.
You retain ownership of the prompts and inputs you provide. Stories generated using our Service are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.
The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
Stories are generated by artificial intelligence and may occasionally contain inaccuracies or unexpected content. We apply content safety filters, but AI generation is not infallible. You are responsible for reviewing stories before sharing them with children.
Premium subscriptions are available on a monthly or yearly basis. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
Free accounts are limited to a set number of stories per week. Additional features such as AI illustrations, PDF export, and story sharing are available only with a Premium subscription.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will always meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
